ABT manufactures pallet collars with accessories such as dividers and lids using Swedish raw materials and Swedish production. Pine wood is used for the pallet collars.
With a focus on pallet collars
Pallet collars are the backbone of ABT’s production. From the early 1990s until now, the focus has been on the manufacture and processing of pallet collars. Early on ABT developed a method of screen printing on pallet collars that makes an attractive print and allows customers to showcase their logo clearly.
The pallet collars are made of Swedish pine and are treated to meet ISPM15 requirements. A pallet collar from ABT is always manufactured with optimal quality and function. The modern manufacturing process makes it possible to offer both precision in manufacturing and a good price. We can quickly and easily readjust and adapt to customer requests.
Some examples of different dimensions and designs of our pallet collars:
Standard pallet collar 1200x800x195 mm. 1.25 mm in brackets. ISPM15 approved. The pallet collars are available with pinpoint sharp screen printing in any colour.
Manufactured in addition to standard:
Pallet collars in any size. Pallet collars of different heights. With handle holes. With six brackets instead of four = six-jointed. Brackets are available in 1.25 mm, 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm. Heights 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 and 400 mm. Galvanised, black, blue, grey and orange. If not all combinations are available, contact us with any questions.
Plywood lids for pallet collars
A plywood lid for pallet collars provides a stable and secure closure and separation of the packing.
- Plywood lids can be cut in any dimensions in thicknesses of 6 – 12mm. They can be printed with a logo or company name in any colour.
- Lids with pressed iron corners.
- Available with nailed (latched) strips to keep the top of the pallet collars closed.
Pallet dividers for safe handling
With pallet divider parts you can easily set up pallets in different trays. This increases the ability to pack goods more safely and efficiently. There may be a way for your business to save both time and money. Our pallet dividers are made of 12mm plywood. Pallet dividers are available in the following standard sizes:
- For full pallet collars
- 1155x190mm 3 tracks.
- 755x190mm 1 or 3 tracks.
- For half pallet collars
- 755x190mm 1 or 3 tracks.
- 555x190mm 1 track.
- If you want something other than the standard sizes, we manufacture to order.
